Red Sinigang
1. Boil pork with whole black pepper, salt, onion, fresh tomato. Cook until tender. 2. Add a little vinegar and allow to boil for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add sinigang mix and tomato paste. 4. Add kangkong and cook for 2 minutes. 5. Serve and enjoy while hot! Tocino Sisig 1. Place tocino in a bowl. 2. Cook meat in water. Bring to boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer until water dries up. Cook until meat has a shiny reddish brown color. 3. Pan fry in some oil. 4. Sprinkle chop onion, 2pcs sili pang sigang (green finger pepper). Add siling labuyo to make it hot. |
TT Spaghetti (Tuna and Tomato)
1. Saute garlic and onion in a little vegetable oil (you can use butter for a yummier taste). 2. Add canned tuna (include the oil) and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste (optional: basil). 4. Add canned tomatoes and allow to boil. 5. Add cooked pasta and sprinkle with cheese. 6. Eat and enjoy. |
